YOGA CLASSES

My personal yoga practice starts in 2000 as a need to find a space of grounding in my traveler life. Mostly focused in easy meditations with yoga Nidra, breathing exercises and body awareness.

When I share my practice I create a space then welcome all levels with a blend of different bits and pieces that I pick up from all the teachers I’ve meet.

My style can be defined as a Joyful Meditative Hatha routed in Satyananda tradition, with a touch of community yoga and self massage or myofascial release.

 

I love offering the gift of yoga traditions to people totally disconnected from that way of life. It is like spreading light into the world. I am contributing perfectly placed grains of sand to make it a better place filled with more and more conscious people.
